Insurance Coverage
As an outpatient therapy provider, most insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, and other commercial insurers, pay for therapy services that are deemed medically necessary and provided under the skilled direction of a licensed therapist (physical, occupational, or speech).
All insurance benefits are verified, relayed, and consented to you prior to the start of treatment. Our billing department verifies each patient’s health care benefits to ensure all requirements are met prior to the start of therapy. If prior authorization is required, we will handle everything in accordance with your insurance policy to get you started with therapy services at your earliest convenience.
Insurance plans offer many different options in coverage. Please contact our office regarding any insurance-related questions that you may have. We are pleased to explain your plan coverage in-depth, regarding any copayment, deductible, or coinsurance amounts that you may be responsible for prior to the start of your therapy.
